How Is The Summit Accessed If I purchase The AAP?
Once you sign up for the Summit (get a free ticket once the doors open) you will be notified every day-via email-when the video presentations go live. You will be given a link to the daily presentations. They only will be available for 24 hours (unless you purchase the all-access pass)
If you purchase the all-access pass you will have on-going access and the presentations + the bonuses will be in Thrivecart.
What are the Contributors/Speakers Copyrights?
All materials, documents, posts/comments/replies, emails, blogs, digital files, paper documents, and any other work created by The Systems and Workflow Magic Summit: Email Marketing Edition in relation to this Summit is the exclusive and sole property of each individual collaborator and is protected by United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17). You agree that The Systems & Workflow Magic Summit's content is not to be used for purposes beyond your implementation.

All Summit materials, including all recorded and live content, workbooks, swipe files, formulas, and templates, etc. may not be shared with any third party. You shall not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in The Systems and Workflow Magic Summit. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
Are there any refunds?
No. Due to the nature of this all being a digital download we are not issuing refunds.
If for some reason you do decide you are going to fight for a refund, you will be blacklisted from accessing the courses (because that would not be fair for all the contributors to have someone purchase an all-access pass and then demand a refund once they have access to all the digital downloads). That's unfair. Please don't be like that.
